As always, we only host one event at a time, so whether you have 6 people or 60, or a maximum 125, you will be the only event on the site. Always an elegant and attractive setting, Ainsworth House will provide your tables, chairs, linens and even event decor for you.
Garden Room (maximum seating 35 ) — $100/hr
Conference Complex (Fireside Room, Conservatory & Garden Room) — $250/hr
Whole complex (Conference rooms & 3 rooms in Main House) — $350/hr
Reduction for full day (8 hours) rental. (10% discount).
Evening events (beginning from 5 PM) are charged at the day rate, with a minimum 4 hours booked, plus an extra hour charged.
Weekend (Friday 5PM to Sunday 10PM) Rates vary depending on the season from $350 – $750 per hour.
With our regular caterers and other suppliers we are able to offer room rental and menus from $45 per person (min. 50 guests).
Bar, DJ, and other facilities – including bands, live entertainment, Casino night and more – are available, all in a seasonally or theme-focused decorated space.
Alternatively you can rent the space independently ($250-500 an hour) and then we’ll work with you to build your event directly with other vendors.
COMMUNITY & LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Whether you represent a School, Charity, or other Non-Profit Community Service or Organization Ainsworth House & Gardens is always happy to support your work by offering a 50% discount on space rental charges.
Also, every year, Ainsworth House offers free space to a limited number of new and/or emerging local non-profit organizations so that they can “get off the ground,” usually by hosting their first fund-raiser and/or community outreach opportunity.
BIRTHDAYS & BABY SHOWERS
Whether you are looking for a Baby Shower, with simple food and time with friends, or to relive your glory days of the 1960’s and 70’s (or even before!) we’d love to help you create and celebrate teh perfect gathering.
With either simple space rentals (from $100 an hour, depending on the party size, day and season,) to fully coordinated themed parties for up to 125 (usually costing $45 – 89 per person,) we can do it all for you.
From a simple luncheon to a full-scale ceremony and party, Ainsworth House and our regular vendors can make it memorable and affordable with Fully Inclusive Prices from $50 – $150 per person. *

CELEBRATION OF LIFE
Regardless of the day or season, we offer a flat rate of $175 an hour, to include all the tables and chairs you’ll need, an altar or other frontal, lectern, help with setting up food, and use of our coffee and hot water urns. Also available are our AV and sound systems. You can even hold the ceremony outside (weather permitting) and then move inside for the refreshments.
Many people have delighted in the garden view from our Conservatory as well as the wonderful light through it’s many windows and skylights. This can be an appropriately calm and yet positive environment for such an often sad occasion, when there is enough darkness without having to gather in a room or chapel without natural light.
Rev. Kevin Yell, managing partner of Ainsworth House & Gardens, was a hospice chaplain for 5 years and so knows the needs and pressures on families when they are planning a Funeral, Memorial or Celebration of Life. For this reason we never refuse to host such an event if we possibly can. This, and our commitment to community organizations, is what makes Ainsworth House special – and a very active part of the local, living community.
