Wedding Packages & Pricing
All our packages include 7 hours of exclusive use of the entire site, as well as all your catering needs provided by one of our preferred caterers. We can help you find the perfect meal for your event, including offering different ethnic and cultural options.
Our Picture-Perfect Rose or Orchid Packages can include Ice Carvings on the buffet and/or chair covers, hors d'oeuvre passed among your guests before dinner and a gourmet buffet for the meal. It's elegance on top of beauty!
We can also suggest musicians for the ceremony and "cocktail" time and even a horse and carriage for your use. (not included in package price)
Tables are laid with double-layered cloths in your colors, with floral arrangements and candles to grace the space. All tables, chairs (indoors and out) are provided, along with linens, and everything you'll need for the meal.
Inclusive Price for 50 people: $7,600 - $8,750, 100 people: $10,400 - 11,950 including catering costs of approx $35 - $40 per person.)

"Site Only" rentals The entire Ainsworth House & Gardens site can be rented for functions without our preferred caterers for $750 per hour at weekends (from Friday 5PM through Sunday) and on official Holidays. Individual rooms may be available for booking on weekends.On weekends and Holidays there is a 2 hour minimum for weddings (ceremony only) or photo sessions, and a 4 hour minimum for all other bookings.

All prices are ultimately dependent on the number of guests and catering menus, but the details above will give you a good guide for your planning. There is no minimum number of guests and we also host "Ceremony Only" Weddings and Elopement Packages.
And remember we never double book - so your event is the only one at the site, regardless of the number of guests.
PLEASE NOTE: While do not charge ANY corkage fees, alcohol may be served at the site, however arrangements must be made through the caterers.
Our delightful Iris or Peony Packages are perfect for planners who want a magnificent setting for their event on a smaller budget.
Along with the exclusive, full use of the entire site, and all the rentals needed, these packages still provide elegant buffets of either "heavy" hors d'oeuvres or regular "entree"style meals at reasonable prices, or a mix of the two.
And other items can be "added in" as the budget permits, such as damask chair covers, larger floral arrangements, and even the horse and carriage if that's your "one special extra item!"
Inclusive price for 50 people: $5,600 - $6,550, 100 people: $7,600 - $8,550 (catering costs included of $25 - $30 a head)

Our Elopement Package offers the use of the site for the couple and up to a maximum of 6 guests for an hour and a half, plus a small wedding cake and bottle of sparkling cider for $850. Rev. Kevin Yell, owner of the House, is available at no extra charge to officiate the wedding, subject to availability, provided the couple undertake pre-wedding counselling session with him, also at no charge.

All prices quoted are exclusive of gratuity, and are current for 2009. Events for 2009 and beyond will be charged at 2009 prices if 50% of the balance has been paid by 1/31/10. (Gratuity is 17%, charged on the catering costs ONLY.)
