As always, we only host one event at a time, so whether you have 6 people or 60, or a maximum 125, you will be the only event on the site. Always an elegant and attractive setting, Ainsworth House will provide your tables, chairs, linens and even event decor for you.

Weekday Rates
Garden Room (maximum seating 35 ) — $125/hr
Conference Complex (Fireside Room, Conservatory & Garden Room) — $300/hr
Whole complex (Conference rooms & 3 rooms in Main House) — $500/hr
Discount for full day (8 hours) rental: 10%
Monday-Thursday Evening Rates
Evening events (beginning from 5pm) are charged at the weekday rate, with a minimum 4 hours booked.
Weekend Rates
Weekend (Friday 5pm to Sunday 10pm) Rates vary depending on the season from $400 – $800 per hour.
Off Season is November through April
Mid Season is May, June, and October
Peak Season is July, August, and September
Celebration of Life Venue Near Portland
Regardless of the day or season, we offer a flat rate of $225 an hour, to include all the tables and chairs you’ll need, an altar or other frontal, lectern, help with setting up food, and use of our coffee and hot water urns. Also available are our AV and sound systems.
You can even hold the ceremony outside (weather permitting) and then move inside for the refreshments.
Many people have delighted in the garden view from our Conservatory as well as the wonderful light through it’s many windows and skylights. This can be an appropriately calm and yet positive environment for such an often sad occasion, when there is enough darkness without having to gather in a room or chapel without natural light.
Rev. Kevin Yell, managing partner of Ainsworth House & Gardens, was a hospice chaplain for 5 years and so knows the needs and pressures on families when they are planning a Funeral, Memorial or Celebration of Life. For this reason we never refuse to host such an event if we possibly can.
This, and our commitment to community organizations, is what makes Ainsworth House special – and a very active part of the local, living community.

With simple space rentals (from $125 an hour, depending on the party size, day and season,) or fully coordinated themed parties for up to 125 (usually costing $48 – 89 per person,) we can do it all for you!

From a simple luncheon to a full-scale ceremony and party, we can make it memorable and affordable with Fully Inclusive Prices from $50 – $150 per person. (Minimum 40, maximum 125. Can include venue, catering, photography, DJ, flowers, & cake.)

With our regular caterers and suppliers, we are able to offer room rental and menus from $48 per person (min. 50 guests).
Bar, DJ, and other facilities – including bands, live entertainment, Casino night and more – are available, all in a seasonally or theme-focused decorated space. Or, rent the space independently ($350-550 an hour) and we’ll work with your preferred vendors to create an event all your own.

Whether you represent a School, Charity, or Non-Profit Community Organization, Ainsworth House & Gardens is always happy to support your work by offering a 50% discount on venue rental, depending on availability.
Also, every year Ainsworth House offers free space to a limited number of new and/or emerging local non-profit organizations. Typically, this means hosting your first fund-raiser or community event.
